Symphony of Light
Cerignola, 2024
Symphony of Light is a laser projection mapping on the cathedral of Cerignola, created by Andrea Carpentieri for Proietta. The cathedral is the Duomo Tonti, the basilica of St Peter the Apostle, a neo-Gothic building with a large rose window on its façade. In laser mapping, laser projectors work together with conventional video projectors: the laser amplifies the luminous effect and brings out certain details.
